Flow Reference Framework – Refflux Project
The Flow Reference Framework (Référentiel Flux) aims to build a shared, structured baseline of material flows across the main French agricultural sectors.
It is intended for sector practitioners (technical institutes, inter-branch organisations, economic operators) as much as for academia (researchers, teachers, students).
This reference framework is part of the Refflux project, led by several partners around RMT FILARMONI, a network of agricultural technical institutes and researchers specialising in flow analysis and mapping.
Objectives of the framework
- Provide a concise, rigorous and transparent picture of physical flows in French agri-food sectors.
- Harmonise analysis methods at the national level.
- Serve as a shared tool for decision-making, training and research.
